Y no digáis con una mentira que salga de vuestras bocas: Esto (16:116)

﴿وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَا تَصِفُ أَلْسِنَتُكُمُ الْكَذِبَ هَٰذَا حَلَالٌ وَهَٰذَا حَرَامٌ لِّتَفْتَرُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ ۚ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَفْتَرُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ لَا يُفْلِحُونَ﴾
[ النحل: 116]

Y no digáis con una mentira que salga de vuestras bocas: Esto es lícito y esto es ilícito para inventar mentiras contra Allah. Cierto que los que inventan mentiras contra Allah, no prosperarán.

Spanish Translation - Garcia

No profieran mentiras dejando que sus lenguas determinen [a su antojo] diciendo: "Esto es lícito y aquello es ilícito", inventando mentiras acerca de Dios. Quienes inventen mentiras acerca de Dios no prosperarán jamás.

116. Y no digáis que algo es lícito o ilícito cuando no lo es, inventando mentiras contra Al-lah. Ciertamente, quienes inventan mentiras contra Al-lah no triunfarán.

English - Sahih International

And do not say about what your tongues assert of untruth, "This is lawful and this is unlawful," to invent falsehood about Allah. Indeed, those who invent falsehood about Allah will not succeed.
