Sin embargo te llegaron Mis signos y negaste su verdad, te ensoberbeciste (39:59)

﴿بَلَىٰ قَدْ جَاءَتْكَ آيَاتِي فَكَذَّبْتَ بِهَا وَاسْتَكْبَرْتَ وَكُنتَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ﴾
[ الزمر: 59]

Sin embargo te llegaron Mis signos y negaste su verdad, te ensoberbeciste y fuiste de los incrédulos.

[Pero Dios dirá:] "Ya se les presentaron Mis signos evidentes [en el Corán] y los desmintieron, fueron arrogantes y los rechazaron".

59. Mas (Al-lah dirá a quien ponga dichas excusas:) «Ciertamente, te llegaron Mis pruebas (claras sobre la verdad) y las negaste llenándote de orgullo y fuiste de quienes rechazan la verdad».

But yes, there had come to you My verses, but you denied them and were arrogant, and you were among the disbelievers.
