Y al ver Nuestra furia, dijeron: Creemos en Allah, Él sólo, y (40:84)

﴿فَلَمَّا رَأَوْا بَأْسَنَا قَالُوا آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَحْدَهُ وَكَفَرْنَا بِمَا كُنَّا بِهِ مُشْرِكِينَ﴾
[ غافر: 84]

Y al ver Nuestra furia, dijeron: Creemos en Allah, Él sólo, y renegamos de los asociados que Le atribuíamos.

Pero al ver Mi castigo, dijeron: "Creemos solo en Dios, y renegamos de lo que adorábamos junto a Él".

84. Y cuando vieron Nuestro castigo, dijeron: «Creemos solamente en el Dios Único y negamos aquello que adorábamos con anterioridad fuera de Él».

And when they saw Our punishment, they said," We believe in Allah alone and disbelieve in that which we used to associate with Him."
