﴿نَّحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَسْتَمِعُونَ بِهِ إِذْ يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَ وَإِذْ هُمْ نَجْوَىٰ إِذْ يَقُولُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا رَجُلًا مَّسْحُورًا﴾
[ الإسراء: 47]

Nosotros sabemos mejor lo que escuchan cuando te escuchan y cuando se hacen confidencias, cuando los injustos dicen: No seguís sino a un hombre que está embrujado.

Yo bien sé cómo se burlan cuando te escuchan [recitar el Corán] o cuando hablan en secreto; y dicen los idólatras: "Están siguiendo a un hombre hechizado".

47. Nos sabemos bien con qué intención te escuchan cuando oyen (tu recitación del Corán)y lo que comentan en secreto cuando los injustos (que rechazan la verdad) dicen (a los creyentes): «Solo seguís a un hombre embrujado».

We are most knowing of how they listen to it when they listen to you and [of] when they are in private conversation, when the wrongdoers say, "You follow not but a man affected by magic."
