Habías estado descuidado de esto y ahora te hemos quitado el velo (50:22)

﴿لَّقَدْ كُنتَ فِي غَفْلَةٍ مِّنْ هَٰذَا فَكَشَفْنَا عَنكَ غِطَاءَكَ فَبَصَرُكَ الْيَوْمَ حَدِيدٌ﴾
[ ق: 22]

Habías estado descuidado de esto y ahora te hemos quitado el velo de manera que tu vista, hoy, es aguda.

[Se le dirá:] "Fuiste indiferente a este [día]. Hoy te quito el velo que cubría tu vista y ahora puedes ver".

22. (Se le dirá a quien rechazó la verdad): «Viviste indiferente a este momento y ahora te hemos retirado el velo que cubría tu vista y puedes ver con claridad».

[It will be said], "You were certainly in unmindfulness of this, and We have removed from you your cover, so your sight, this Day, is sharp."
