Tafsir (Explanation):
O Prophet, Allah instructs you to say to the people: "Shall I tell you of something far better than all the fleeting pleasures of this worldly life that you so eagerly chase — wealth, status, and desires?"
For those who are truly mindful of Allah — who fulfill His commands and abstain from what He has forbidden — there awaits, in the presence of their Lord, magnificent gardens beneath which rivers flow eternally. They will dwell there forever, never tasting death or experiencing any end. In these gardens, they will have pure spouses, cleansed from every imperfection — free from any flaw in their nature or character, radiating beauty and virtue.
And above all of this — greater than the gardens, greater than the rivers, greater than the pure companions — is the ultimate treasure: the pleasure and good pleasure of Allah Himself. When Allah is pleased with a servant, that servant has attained the highest success imaginable.
Allah is fully aware of His servants — nothing escapes His sight. He sees every deed, every intention, and every hidden motive. He will reward the doers of good with His boundless mercy and hold the wrongdoers accountable with perfect justice.
A Da'wah Reflection:
Dear reader, pause and reflect: What is it that you truly desire in this life? The world offers you glittering attractions — wealth, luxury, and fleeting pleasures — but all of these are temporary, like a passing shadow. Allah, in His infinite mercy, invites you to something far greater, something eternal. He does not ask you to abandon the world entirely, but He invites you to elevate your vision beyond it.
The key to this eternal bliss is simple yet profound: taqwa — being conscious of Allah in every moment of your life. When you live with this awareness, you transform your existence into an act of worship, and Allah transforms your reward into something beyond imagination.
And remember: the greatest joy of Paradise is not the gardens or the rivers — it is the pleasure of Allah. Imagine the Creator of the heavens and the earth being pleased with you! That is the ultimate honor, the supreme achievement that no worldly treasure can ever match.
So, my beloved reader, let your heart yearn for what Allah has prepared for His righteous servants. Let your deeds today be the seeds of your eternal happiness tomorrow. For Allah sees all, knows all, and His promise is true. Will you not be among those who attain His pleasure?
