Surah Al-Buruj — Verse 22

This concluding verse of Surah Al-Burūj reveals the ultimate origin and nature of the Qur’an, addressing the false accusations of the disbelievers who claimed it was poetry or sorcery. Allah declares that this Qur’an is not the product of human imagination or devilish inspiration—rather, it is a majestic and noble scripture, inscribed in a Preserved Tablet (al-Lawḥ al-Maḥfūẓ). This Tablet is with Allah, safeguarded from any form of tampering, distortion, addition, or omission. It is immune to error, forgetfulness, or the passage of time.
