Allah says: "And He does not fear its consequence."

Unlike human rulers or judges who might hesitate to punish for fear of rebellion, criticism, or consequences, Allah—glorified and exalted be He—is the Absolute Sovereign. He answers to no one. When He decrees a punishment, it is carried out with absolute certainty, and no one can question His decision or intervene to stop it.
