Surah 'Abasa — Verse 28

Explanation of the Verse:

After mentioning the pouring of water and the splitting of the earth to bring forth vegetation, He specifically highlights two more gifts: grapes and fresh fodder.

Grapes are a beloved fruit, enjoyed fresh, dried as raisins, or pressed into juice — a source of delight and nourishment for people across the world. As for the "qadban," it refers to the tender, green fodder that is cut for livestock, ensuring that animals are also well-fed and healthy. This is a profound reminder that Allah’s provision is not limited to humans alone; He has arranged sustenance for all of His creation, including the animals that serve us.
