Tafsir (Explanation):

This final verse of Surah Al-Hashr crowns the chapter with the most magnificent declaration of Allah’s majesty and perfection. After the previous verses described His power, knowledge, and sovereignty, this verse now unveils His role as the Creator of all existence.

He is Allah, the Creator — the One who precisely estimated and decreed everything that exists, determining its measure, time, and purpose before bringing it into being. Nothing comes into existence except by His prior decree and perfect planning.

The Originator — the One who brings things into existence from absolute nothingness, giving each creation its own unique essence and reality. He does not merely transform what exists; He originates what had never been.

The Fashioner — the One who then shapes and forms His creation, giving every being its distinctive appearance, features, and beauty. Look at the human face, the petals of a flower, the patterns on a butterfly’s wings — each is a masterpiece of divine artistry, formed by the hand of the Fashioner Himself.

To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names — every perfect name and sublime attribute belongs exclusively to Allah. His names are not mere labels; they are descriptions of His infinite perfection. His mercy encompasses all, His knowledge is absolute, His power is limitless, His wisdom is flawless. These names are a treasure for the believer — call upon Him by them, seek His blessings through them, and let them fill your heart with love and awe of Him.

All that is in the heavens and the earth glorifies Him — every atom in existence, from the mightiest galaxy to the smallest particle, declares His perfection and submits to His majesty. The mountains, the oceans, the stars, the trees, the animals, and every human soul — all are engaged in the glorification of their Lord, whether they do so consciously or by their very existence testifying to His greatness.

And He is the Almighty, the All-Wise — His might is absolute; none can overcome Him, and His wisdom is perfect; He does everything with purpose and precision. His power is never separated from His wisdom, and His wisdom is never separated from His power.
