Explanation of the Verse:

O you who have sincerely believed in Allah and His Messenger and who act upon His guidance! Remember and constantly recall—with your hearts, tongues, and gratitude—the great favor Allah bestowed upon you when a group of people resolved to stretch out their hands against you to attack, harm, and even kill you. They had made up their minds and were determined to do you evil. But Allah, in His infinite power and mercy, restrained their hands and prevented them from carrying out their wicked plan. He protected you from their aggression and granted you safety and security, casting fear into their hearts instead.

This was a moment of grave danger, yet Allah turned it into a moment of deliverance. So remember this blessing with gratitude, and let it strengthen your faith. And fear Allah—be mindful of Him in all your affairs—by obeying His commands and staying away from what He has forbidden. Do not rely on your own strength, numbers, or plans, for true success comes only from Allah. Instead, place your complete trust and reliance upon Allah alone, for He is sufficient to bring about good and to repel evil. The believers—those who truly understand the nature of this world and the power of their Lord—should put their full confidence in Allah, knowing that He is the best Protector and the ultimate Disposer of all affairs.

A Call to Faith and Reflection:

Dear believer, this verse is a timeless reminder that Allah is always with those who trust Him. Just as He protected the early Muslims from the hands of their enemies, He is fully capable of protecting you today from every harm, every plot, and every danger that surrounds you. Your enemies may plan, but Allah's plan prevails. Your enemies may stretch out their hands, but Allah can hold them back in the blink of an eye.

So let this verse fill your heart with hope and tranquility. When you feel surrounded by difficulties, when people conspire against you, when the world seems to close in on you—remember that the same Allah who restrained those hands is alive, watching, and fully in control. Turn to Him, rely on Him, and put your trust in Him alone. He will never abandon those who sincerely depend on Him.

And know that the greatest protection is not in armies or weapons, but in a heart connected to Allah through faith, gratitude, and reliance. Make it your habit to remember His blessings, to thank Him for His protection, and to place your affairs in His hands. For indeed, whoever trusts in Allah, Allah is sufficient for him—and Allah's promise is true and certain.

📜 Verse 9-13 — Al-Maidah

Allah has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds [that] for them there is forgiveness and great reward.
But those who disbelieve and deny Our signs - those are the companions of Hellfire.
O you who have believed, remember the favor of Allah upon you when a people determined to extend their hands [in aggression] against you, but He withheld their hands from you; and fear Allah. And upon Allah let the believers rely.
And Allah had already taken a covenant from the Children of Israel, and We delegated from among them twelve leaders. And Allah said, "I am with you. If you establish prayer and give zakah and believe in My messengers and support them and loan Allah a goodly loan, I will surely remove from you your misdeeds and admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flow. But whoever of you disbelieves after that has certainly strayed from the soundness of the way."
So for their breaking of the covenant We cursed them and made their hearts hard. They distort words from their [proper] usages and have forgotten a portion of that of which they were reminded. And you will still observe deceit among them, except a few of them. But pardon them and overlook [their misdeeds]. Indeed, Allah loves the doers of good.
