Surah Al-An'am — Verse 38

Allah then assures us that nothing has been omitted from the Book—the Preserved Tablet—where every detail of existence is recorded. Every creature’s provision, lifespan, and destiny are already written. Nothing occurs in this universe without His knowledge and decree. This is a testament to His perfect wisdom and comprehensive care for all that He has created.

Finally, the verse concludes with a powerful reminder: all these creatures—humans, animals, and birds alike—will be gathered before their Lord on the Day of Resurrection. They will be assembled for justice and accountability, and each will be dealt with according to what it deserves.
