Surah At-Takwir — Verse 28

Tafsir (Explanation):

After establishing these undeniable evidences, Allah declares that this Qur'an is not the word of a devil, nor a mere human fabrication, but a pure reminder and admonition for all of humanity.

The verse states: "For whoever among you wills to be upright." This means that the Qur'an is a guidance and a reminder that benefits those who sincerely desire to walk upon the path of truth, justice, and righteousness. However, the very next verse completes this thought by reminding us that even this will is not independent of Allah's grace: "And you cannot will except that Allah wills, the Lord of all the worlds."
