How did the Prophet (peace be upon him) perform tasbih (glorification of Allah)? - Hisn al-Muslim

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعْقِدُ التَّسْبِيحَ، وَفِي زِيَادَةٍ: بِيَمِينِهِ (1).

🔤 Transliteration

An Abdullah ibn Amr radiya Allahu anhuma qala: Ra'aytu an-nabiyya salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam ya'qidu at-tasbeeh, wa fi ziyadatin: biyameenihi.

🌐 English Translation

It is narrated from Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I saw the Prophet (peace be upon him) counting the tasbih (glorifications of Allah) with his right hand.
