Supplication for the premature child (who died) during the prayer over him - Hisn al-Muslim

اللَّهُمَّ أَعِذْهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ (1)، اللَّهُمْ اجْعَلْهُ فَرَطًا وَذُخْرًا لِوَالِدَيْهِ، وَشَفِيعًا مُجَابًا، اللَّهُمَّ ثَقِّلْ بِهِ مَوَازِينَهُمَا، وَأَعْظِمْ بِهِ أُجُورَهُمَا، وَأَلْحِقْهُ بِصَالِحِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، وَاجْعَلْهُ فِي كَفَالَةِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَقِهِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ، وَأَبْدِلْهُ دَارًا خَيْرًا مِنْ دَارِهِ، وَأَهْلًا خَيْرًا مِنْ أَهْلِهِ، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِأَسْلَافِنَا، وَأَفْرَاطِنَا، وَمَنْ سَبَقَنَا بِالْإِيمَانِ (2).

🔤 Transliteration

Allahumma a'idhhu min 'adhaabil-qabr (1). Allahummaj'alhu faratan wa dhukhran liwaalidayhi, wa shafee'an mujaaban. Allahumma thaqqil bihi mawaazeenahuma, wa a'dhim bihi ujoorahuma, wa alhiqhu bi saalihil-mu'mineen, waj'alhu fee kafaalati Ibraaheem, wa qihi birahmatika 'adhaabal-jaheem, wa abdilhu daaran khayran min daarihi, wa ahlan khayran min ahlihi. Allahummaghfir li aslaafinaa, wa afraatinaa, wa man sabaqanaa bil-eemaan (2).

🌐 English Translation

O Allah, protect him from the punishment of the grave (1). O Allah, make him a preceding reward and a stored treasure for his parents, and an accepted intercessor. O Allah, make his (the child's) scales heavy for them (the parents), and magnify their rewards because of him, and join him with the righteous believers, and place him under the care of Ibrahim (Abraham), and protect him by Your mercy from the punishment of Hellfire, and replace for him a house better than his house, and a family better than his family. O Allah, forgive our predecessors, our young ones who have gone before us, and those who preceded us in faith (2).

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ لَنَا فَرَطًا، وَسَلَفًا، وَأَجْرًا (1).

🔤 Transliteration

Allahummaj'alhu lana faratan wa salafan wa ajran

🌐 English Translation

O Allah, make him a preceding reward for us, a forerunner, and a treasure of reward.
