Supplication after the final Tashahhud before Salam - Hisn al-Muslim
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'adhabil-qabri, wa min 'adhabi jahannama, wa min fitnatil-mahya wal-mamati, wa min sharri fitnatil-masihid-dajjal.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and from the punishment of Hellfire, and from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the False Messiah (Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal).
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'adhabi-l-qabr, wa a'udhu bika min fitnati-l-masihi-d-dajjal, wa a'udhu bika min fitnati-l-mahya wa-l-mamat. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika mina-l-ma'thami wa-l-maghram.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the False Messiah (Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal), and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from sin and from debt.
Allahumma inni zalamtu nafsi zulman kathiran, wa la yaghfiru adh-dhunuba illa anta, faghfir li maghfiratan min 'indika warhamni, innaka anta al-ghafuru ar-rahim.
O Allah, I have wronged myself greatly, and none forgives sins except You. So grant me forgiveness from You and have mercy on me. Indeed, You are the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
O Allah, forgive me what I have done in the past and what I will do in the future, what I have concealed and what I have declared, and what I have exceeded in; and what You know better than I. You are the One who brings forward and You are the One who delays; there is no god but You.
Allahumma a'inni 'ala dhikrika, wa shukrika, wa husni 'ibadatika.
O Allah, help me to remember You, to be grateful to You, and to worship You in an excellent manner.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-bukhli, wa a'udhu bika minal-jubni, wa a'udhu bika min an uradda ila ardhilil-'umuri, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatid-dunya wa 'adhabil-qabri.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from miserliness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice, and I seek refuge in You from being sent back to the most feeble age, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of this world and the punishment of the grave.
Allahumma inni as'aluka al-jannata wa a'udhu bika min an-nar
O Allah, I ask You for Paradise and seek refuge with You from the Fire.
Allahumma bi'ilmika al-ghayba wa qudratika 'ala al-khalqi ahyini ma 'alimta al-hayata khayran li, wa tawaffani idha 'alimta al-wafata khayran li. Allahumma inni as'aluka khashyataka fi al-ghaybi wa ash-shahadati, wa as'aluka kalimata al-haqqi fi ar-rida wa al-ghadabi, wa as'aluka al-qasda fi al-ghina wa al-faqri, wa as'aluka na'iman la yanfadu, wa as'aluka qurrata 'aynin la tanqati'u, wa as'aluka ar-rida ba'da al-qada'i, wa as'aluka barda al-'ayshi ba'da al-mawti, wa as'aluka ladhdhata an-nazari ila wajhika, wa ash-shawqa ila liqa'ika fi ghayri darra'a mudirratin wa la fitnatin mudillatin. Allahumma zayyinna bi zinati al-imani, wa ij'alna hudatan muhtadina.
O Allah, by Your knowledge of the unseen and Your power over creation, keep me alive as long as You know life is good for me, and cause me to die when You know death is good for me. O Allah, I ask You to grant me fear of You in private and in public, and I ask You to make me speak the word of truth in times of contentment and anger. I ask You to make me moderate in wealth and poverty. I ask You for everlasting bliss, and for an unceasing comfort of the eye. I ask You for contentment after Your decree, and for a cool life after death. I ask You for the delight of gazing upon Your Face, and for the longing to meet You, without any harmful adversity or misleading trial. O Allah, adorn us with the adornment of faith, and make us guided guides.
Allahumma inni as'aluka ya Allahu bi'annaka al-Wahid al-Ahad as-Samad alladhi lam yalid wa lam yulad wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad an taghfira li dhunubi; innaka anta al-Ghafur ar-Rahim.
O Allah, I ask You, O Allah, as You are the One, the Only, the Eternal, the Self-Sufficient, Who begets not, nor is He begotten, and there is none comparable to Him, that You forgive my sins; indeed, You are the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
Allahumma inni as'aluka bi-anna laka al-hamda la ilaha illa anta wahdaka la sharika laka, al-mannan, ya badi'a as-samawati wa al-ardi ya dha al-jalali wa al-ikram, ya hayyu ya qayyum, inni as'aluka al-jannata wa a'udhu bika min an-nar.
O Allah, I ask You, for indeed all praise is due to You; there is no deity worthy of worship except You alone, without any partner, the Bestower of all good. O Originator of the heavens and the earth, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor, O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting, I ask You for Paradise and seek refuge with You from the Fire.
Allahumma inni as'aluka bi-anni ashhadu annaka anta Allahu la ilaha illa anta al-Ahadu as-Samadu alladhi lam yalid wa lam yulad wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad.
O Allah, I ask You by virtue of my bearing witness that You are Allah, there is no deity worthy of worship except You, the One, the Self-Sufficient Master, Who begets not, nor was He begotten, and there is none equal to Him.
