Surah Al-Furqan — Verse 24

Explanation of the Verse:

On that Day — the Day of Judgment — the people of Paradise will be in a far better state than the people of Hellfire. Their settlement will be superior, and their place of rest will be more beautiful and perfect. While the dwellers of Hell will be seized by torment and despair, the believers — the companions of Paradise — will enjoy complete tranquility, honor, and everlasting bliss. Their reward is the fruit of their faith in Allah and their righteous deeds in this world. Even the briefest moment of their rest — likened to a midday nap in intense heat — will be more delightful than any comfort the disbelievers ever knew. And in Paradise, there is no sleep, for its joy is perpetual and its peace is unending.
