Surah At-Tawbah — Verse 14

Fourth, He will heal the hearts of a believing people—those who had been deeply wounded by the oppression, mockery, and harm of these disbelievers. Their hearts, filled with grief and suppressed anger, will find relief and comfort as they witness the justice of Allah being carried out. Fifth, He will remove the rage and anguish from the hearts of the believers, replacing it with peace and satisfaction.
