Surah An-Nahl — Verse 28

They realize they cannot escape, resist, or bargain. In a desperate attempt to save themselves, they deny their past misdeeds, saying: *"We were not doing any evil."* They try to disown their actions, hoping that denial might somehow alter their fate.

But the response comes swiftly and decisively: *"Yes, indeed! Allah is All-Knowing of what you used to do."* Their denial is futile because Allah, the All-Knowing, is fully aware of every deed, every word, and every hidden intention. Nothing escapes His knowledge—not the sins committed in secret, not the wrongs done in public, and not the disbelief they harbored in their hearts.

Allah, in His infinite mercy, has given us this life as an opportunity. He has sent His messengers, revealed His books, and made the path of guidance clear. The door of repentance remains open until the soul reaches the throat. So hasten to return to your Lord, purify your heart from disbelief and sin, and live a life that pleases Him. For on that Day, the truth will be laid bare, and Allah's knowledge will encompass everything you did—so make your deeds worthy of His mercy and His eternal reward.
