Surah Ash-Shu'ara — Verse 107

Nuh was not speaking from his own desire or personal ambition; rather, he had been chosen by Allah and entrusted with a sacred duty. The word "Ameen" here is not merely a description but a testament to his character — he was known among his people even before his prophethood as a man of honesty and integrity, which is why Allah selected him for this noble task.

By declaring himself a trustworthy messenger, Nuh was assuring his people that everything he conveyed was the pure, unaltered truth from Allah. He had no personal agenda, no desire for wealth, power, or status. His only concern was their salvation from the punishment that awaited those who persisted in disbelief and wrongdoing.
