Surah Al-Furqan — Verse 73

The phrase “they do not fall upon them deaf and blind” means they do not approach the verses with closed minds or hardened hearts, nor do they dismiss them out of arrogance or negligence. On the contrary, they lean in with sincere attention, eager to understand and obey. Their response is one of humility and reverence — they bow down in prostration to Allah, their hearts softened and their souls illuminated by the reminder.
