Surah Al-Jathiyah — Verse 34

On that Day—the Day of Judgment—Allah will address the disbelievers with a stern and humiliating declaration: “Today We will abandon you in the Fire, leaving you utterly neglected, just as you neglected the meeting of this Day of yours.” This means that just as they turned away from faith, ignored the call of their messengers, and failed to prepare for this encounter by performing righteous deeds, Allah will now turn away from them, leaving them to suffer without any mercy or relief. Their final abode and permanent refuge will be the blazing Fire of Hell, and they will have no helpers whatsoever—no one to intercede for them, no one to save them, and no one to lighten their torment. This is the just recompense for their deliberate negligence and arrogance in the worldly life.
