He is the One Who brought everything into existence with perfect precision and wisdom, and He is Al-Lateef—subtle in His knowledge, reaching the most delicate and hidden aspects of His creatures—and Al-Khabeer—fully acquainted with all their affairs, both outward and inward. Nothing, no matter how small or hidden, is beyond His knowledge. He knows what hearts conceal, what tongues utter, and what souls whisper, for He is the One Who fashioned them and knows every detail of their being.
