Surah Al-Hijr — Verse 14

Tafsir (Explanation):

Allah responds by revealing that even if He were to open a literal door in the sky above them, and they were to ascend through it, witnessing firsthand the wonders of His celestial kingdom—the angels, the heavens, and the divine realities—they would still refuse to believe. Instead, they would dismiss what they saw, claiming their eyes had been bewitched or that their minds had been deceived by magic. Their denial is not rooted in a lack of evidence, but in a hardened heart and an arrogant refusal to submit to the truth.
