Surah Al-Qiyamah — Verse 4

The One who created you from a drop of fluid, who shaped you and gave you form, who gave you fingers that work in perfect harmony — that same Lord promises you a resurrection. For the Day will surely come when every soul will stand before its Creator, and on that Day, the very fingers you now use will bear witness to what you did with them.
