Tafsir (Explanation):

After mentioning that He created humankind from a weak and humble fluid (the sperm-drop), Allah continues His profound favor by stating: "Then We placed it in a secure resting place." This refers to the womb of the mother, a divinely designed sanctuary that is both protective and nurturing. The womb is not merely a physical cavity; it is a fortress of mercy where the fragile beginnings of human life are shielded from external harm, temperature fluctuations, and countless dangers. It is a place of perfect stability, where the embryo develops in a carefully measured environment until the appointed time of birth.

This verse invites every human being to reflect on the miraculous journey of their own creation. A single drop of fluid, insignificant in appearance, is carried to a secure abode and transformed, stage by stage, into a fully formed human being.
