Surah Aal-Imran — Verse 10

Neither their abundant riches nor their influential offspring can shield them from Allah’s punishment—not in this world, where calamities may strike, nor in the Hereafter, where the ultimate reckoning awaits. These possessions, which they once took pride in and relied upon, will be utterly useless on the Day of Judgment. Instead, the very people who disbelieved will themselves become the fuel of Hellfire—the wood that feeds its blazing flames. Their wealth and children, rather than saving them, will only increase their regret and suffering, as they realize that everything they cherished has failed them completely.

This verse is a profound wake-up call for every soul. It reminds us that worldly treasures—money, status, family, and power—are fleeting and cannot secure our salvation. What truly matters is our relationship with Allah, built on faith, sincerity, and righteous deeds.
