Surah Az-Zukhruf — Verse 28

He implanted this pure monotheistic creed deep within his progeny, so that there would always remain among them those who uphold the Oneness of Allah, free from any association of partners with Him.

Ibrahim’s heartfelt hope was that his offspring, generation after generation, would hold fast to this word, and that those among them who strayed into disbelief or sin would find their way back to their Lord through sincere repentance.
