Explanation of the Verse:
This verse draws your attention to the greatest proof of Allah's power and the certainty of the Hereafter. Allah, glory be to Him, is the One who begins creation from nothing—He brings every living being into existence without any prior example. Then, after death and the end of this world, He will restore creation once again for the Day of Judgment. And this restoration is described as "easier" for Him—not because there is any difficulty in the first creation, but to make the matter clear to human minds: if you can accept that something was created from nothing, then bringing it back after it already existed is even more conceivable and simple. In reality, both are equally effortless for Him, for when He wills a thing, He merely says "Be," and it is.
Then Allah declares: "And to Him belongs the highest attribute in the heavens and the earth." This means that every perfect description—of majesty, beauty, power, knowledge, mercy, and wisdom—belongs to Him alone. There is nothing like Him, and no one shares even a fraction of His perfection. He is the ultimate standard of excellence in all that exists, and all praise and glorification are due to Him.
Finally, the verse concludes: "And He is the Almighty, the All-Wise." He is the Almighty whose power nothing can resist or overcome, and He is the All-Wise in everything He commands, creates, and decrees. His resurrection of creation is not a random act—it is filled with purpose, justice, and wisdom, ensuring that every soul is recompensed for what it earned.
A Call to Reflection and Faith:
Dear reader, ponder deeply on this verse. The One who created you from a drop of fluid, who gave you eyes, ears, and a heart, who sustains you every moment—can He not bring you back after death? Of course He can! The very fact that you exist today is the greatest proof that resurrection is possible. So do not let doubt creep into your heart. Prepare for that Day when you will stand before your Lord, for He is the Almighty who cannot be questioned about what He does, and the All-Wise who never acts without purpose. Let this certainty fill your heart with hope and your deeds with sincerity, and let it draw you closer to the One who deserves all praise and worship. Indeed, in remembering Allah and trusting in His promise, hearts find true peace.
