Surah An-Nahl — Verse 23

Nothing, whether whispered in the depths of the soul or proclaimed in the public square, escapes His perfect knowledge. He is fully aware of every thought, every word, and every action, and He will hold every soul accountable for all of it with perfect justice.

The verse then concludes with a profound and weighty declaration: Allah does not love the arrogant — those who swell with pride and refuse to bow in submission to their Creator, who reject His commands and look down upon His guidance. Such arrogance is not merely disliked; it is an abomination in His sight, and He will repay them with what they deserve.
