Surah An-Nisa — Verse 60

Yet despite this claim, when disputes arise among them, they turn away from Allah's law and seek judgment from false systems and human-made laws that contradict divine revelation. They have been clearly commanded to reject such falsehood and disbelieve in it, yet they still rush to it willingly.
