Surah Al-Qamar — Verse 50

If His command is so swift and effortless, then why would you ever despair of His help? Why would you doubt His ability to answer your supplication, to relieve your distress, or to forgive your sins?

This verse fills the believer’s heart with awe and hope. It teaches us to rely completely on Allah, for nothing is too difficult for Him. It also calls us to humility—recognizing that our own power and planning are nothing compared to His absolute sovereignty. So, turn to Him with sincerity, trust in His wisdom, and know that His decree is always perfect, timely, and just. Indeed, in His hands lies the destiny of all things, and His command is but a blink of the eye—swift, certain, and glorious.
