Surah Yunus — Verse 40

And among them are those who will never believe, not because of lack of evidence, but out of sheer obstinacy and pride; they will persist in their denial until death overtakes them, and they will be raised upon that state.

Your Lord, O Messenger, knows perfectly well who the corrupters are — those who reject the truth not out of ignorance, but out of deliberate wrongdoing and a desire to spread mischief on earth. He knows their hidden intentions, their inner stubbornness, and the extent of their corruption. Nothing is hidden from Him, and He will deal with them with perfect justice, recompensing them for their corruption with the severest punishment.

This verse brings comfort to the believer's heart: you are not responsible for guiding everyone — your duty is only to convey the message clearly. Guidance is in Allah's hands alone. He knows who is sincere and who is corrupt, and His knowledge encompasses all things.
