The "manifest authority" (Sultan Mubin) refers to a clear, luminous, and decisive argument—a proof so evident that it silences every opponent and leaves no excuse for denial. It is a comprehensive term covering both the miracles and the rational, compelling call to monotheism that Musa brought to Pharaoh and his people.

This verse carries a profound lesson: Allah never leaves humanity without guidance. He sends His messengers with overwhelming proofs, not out of need, but out of mercy, so that people may find the path to salvation with certainty. Just as Musa was supported with clear signs, every prophet was given what suited his time and people—and the final miracle, the Qur'an, remains the eternal, living proof for all of humanity until the end of time.
