Surah Ar-Rahman — Verse 74

Tafsir (Explanation):

This verse describes the pure, untouched maidens of Paradise (Hoor al-‘Ayn) who are reserved exclusively for their believing spouses. Allah tells us that no human being before their husbands has ever touched them, and neither has any jinn. This emphasizes their absolute purity, chastity, and perfection—they are created fresh, unspoiled, and exclusively for the joy of the righteous in Paradise.

The verse comes in the context of describing the two gardens and the delights within them, where the believers will be rewarded with companions of unparalleled beauty and purity.
