Surah Al-Hijr — Verse 24

Nothing is hidden from Him: not the time of anyone's birth, nor the time of their death, nor their deeds, nor their destinies.

He is not only aware of humanity as a collective, but He knows each individual intimately — their struggles, their intentions, their triumphs, and their failures. No one slips from His awareness for even the blink of an eye.
