Surah Al-Infitar — Verse 15

On the Day of Recompense—the Day when all accounts are settled and every deed is weighed—the wicked who neglected the rights of Allah and the rights of His servants will be made to enter the blazing Fire. They will not merely approach it; they will be plunged into its midst, their bodies directly suffering its intense heat and torment. There will be no escape for them, no way out, and no relief through death—for in that abode, death does not come to end their suffering. This is the inevitable outcome for those who chose transgression over obedience and turned away from the truth that was made clear to them.

A Call to Reflection:

This verse serves as a profound reminder that our deeds in this world are not without consequence. The Day of Judgment is certain, and on that Day, every soul will taste the reality of its choices. But Allah, in His infinite mercy, has given us this life as an opportunity—a window of time to turn back to Him, to seek His forgiveness, and to reform our ways. The Fire is real, but so is His mercy, which "encompasses all things." Do not let the distractions of this world deceive you into forgetting that Day.
