Tafsir (Explanation):

The "lofty place" mentioned here signifies two interconnected honors: first, Allah raised his name and mention among the peoples and nations, making him a figure of great renown and respect; second, Allah elevated his rank among the righteous and the near-stationed angels, granting him a distinguished position in the heavenly realms.
