(29) And they say, "There is none but our worldly life, and we will not be resurrected."
Surah: Al-An‘ām - Verse: 29  - Juz: 7 - Page: 131
(7) Indeed, those who do not expect the meeting with Us and are satisfied with the life of this world and feel secure therein and those who are heedless of Our signs
Surah: Yūnus - Verse: 7  - Juz: 11 - Page: 209
(15) And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who do not expect the meeting with Us say, "Bring us a Qur'an other than this or change it." Say, [O Muhammad], "It is not for me to change it on my own accord. I only follow what is revealed to me. Indeed I fear, if I should disobey my Lord, the punishment of a tremendous Day."
Surah: Yūnus - Verse: 15  - Juz: 11 - Page: 210
(18) And they worship other than Allah that which neither harms them nor benefits them, and they say, "These are our intercessors with Allah " Say, "Do you inform Allah of something He does not know in the heavens or on the earth?" Exalted is He and high above what they associate with Him
Surah: Yūnus - Verse: 18  - Juz: 11 - Page: 210
(45) And on the Day when He will gather them, [it will be] as if they had not remained [in the world] but an hour of the day, [and] they will know each other. Those will have lost who denied the meeting with Allah and were not guided
Surah: Yūnus - Verse: 45  - Juz: 11 - Page: 214
(7) And it is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days - and His Throne had been upon water - that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed. But if you say, "Indeed, you are resurrected after death," those who disbelieve will surely say, "This is not but obvious magic."
Surah: Hūd - Verse: 7  - Juz: 12 - Page: 222
(5) And if you are astonished, [O Muhammad] - then astonishing is their saying, "When we are dust, will we indeed be [brought] into a new creation?" Those are the ones who have disbelieved in their Lord, and those will have shackles upon their necks, and those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.
(6) They impatiently urge you to bring about evil before good, while there has already occurred before them similar punishments [to what they demand]. And indeed, your Lord is full of forgiveness for the people despite their wrongdoing, and indeed, your Lord is severe in penalty.
(7) And those who disbelieved say, "Why has a sign not been sent down to him from his Lord?" You are only a warner, and for every people is a guide.
Surah: Ar-Ra‘d - Verse: 5-6-7 - Juz: 13 - Page: 249
(22) Your god is one God. But those who do not believe in the Hereafter - their hearts are disapproving, and they are arrogant.
(23) Assuredly, Allah knows what they conceal and what they declare. Indeed, He does not like the arrogant.
(24) And when it is said to them, "What has your Lord sent down?" They say, "Legends of the former peoples,"
(25) That they may bear their own burdens in full on the Day of Resurrection and some of the burdens of those whom they misguide without knowledge. Unquestionably, evil is that which they bear.
Surah: An-Naḥl - Verse: 22-23-24-25 - Juz: 14 - Page: 269
(38) And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths [that] Allah will not resurrect one who dies. But yes - [it is] a true promise [binding] upon Him, but most of the people do not know.
(39) [It is] so He will make clear to them [the truth of] that wherein they differ and so those who have disbelieved may know that they were liars.
Surah: An-Naḥl - Verse: 38-39 - Juz: 14 - Page: 271
(49) And they say, "When we are bones and crumbled particles, will we [truly] be resurrected as a new creation?"
(50) Say, "Be you stones or iron
(51) Or [any] creation of that which is great within your breasts." And they will say, "Who will restore us?" Say, "He who brought you forth the first time." Then they will nod their heads toward you and say, "When is that?" Say, "Perhaps it will be soon -
(52) On the Day He will call you and you will respond with praise of Him and think that you had not remained [in the world] except for a little."
Surah: Al-Isrā’ - Verse: 49-50-51-52 - Juz: 15 - Page: 286
(98) That is their recompense because they disbelieved in Our verses and said, "When we are bones and crumbled particles, will we [truly] be resurrected [in] a new creation?"
Surah: Al-Isrā’ - Verse: 98  - Juz: 15 - Page: 292
(48) And they will be presented before your Lord in rows, [and He will say], "You have certainly come to Us just as We created you the first time. But you claimed that We would never make for you an appointment."
Surah: Al-Kahf - Verse: 48  - Juz: 15 - Page: 299
(44) O my father, do not worship Satan. Indeed Satan has ever been, to the Most Merciful, disobedient.
Surah: Maryam - Verse: 44  - Juz: 16 - Page: 308
(69) Then We will surely extract from every sect those of them who were worst against the Most Merciful in insolence.
Surah: Maryam - Verse: 69  - Juz: 16 - Page: 310
(5) O People, if you should be in doubt about the Resurrection, then [consider that] indeed, We created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot, and then from a lump of flesh, formed and unformed - that We may show you. And We settle in the wombs whom We will for a specified term, then We bring you out as a child, and then [We develop you] that you may reach your [time of] maturity. And among you is he who is taken in [early] death, and among you is he who is returned to the most decrepit [old] age so that he knows, after [once having] knowledge, nothing. And you see the earth barren, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and swells and grows [something] of every beautiful kind.
(6) That is because Allah is the Truth and because He gives life to the dead and because He is over all things competent
(7) And [that they may know] that the Hour is coming - no doubt about it - and that Allah will resurrect those in the graves.
Surah: Al-Ḥajj - Verse: 5-6-7 - Juz: 17 - Page: 332
(74) But indeed, those who do not believe in the Hereafter are deviating from the path.
Surah: Al-Mu’minūn - Verse: 74  - Juz: 18 - Page: 346
(81) Rather, they say like what the former peoples said.
Surah: Al-Mu’minūn - Verse: 81  - Juz: 18 - Page: 347
(89) They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?"
Surah: Al-Mu’minūn - Verse: 89  - Juz: 18 - Page: 347
(115) Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?"
Surah: Al-Mu’minūn - Verse: 115  - Juz: 18 - Page: 349
(11) But they have denied the Hour, and We have prepared for those who deny the Hour a Blaze.
Surah: Al-Furqān - Verse: 11  - Juz: 18 - Page: 360
(4) Indeed, for those who do not believe in the Hereafter, We have made pleasing to them their deeds, so they wander blindly.
(5) Those are the ones for whom there will be the worst of punishment, and in the Hereafter they are the greatest losers.
Surah: An-Naml - Verse: 4-5 - Juz: 19 - Page: 377
(65) Say, "None in the heavens and earth knows the unseen except Allah, and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected."
(66) Rather, their knowledge is arrested concerning the Hereafter. Rather, they are in doubt about it. Rather, they are, concerning it, blind.
(67) And those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust as well as our forefathers, will we indeed be brought out [of the graves]?
(68) We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before. This is not but legends of the former peoples."
Surah: An-Naml - Verse: 65-66-67-68 - Juz: 20 - Page: 383
(23) And the ones who disbelieve in the signs of Allah and the meeting with Him - those have despaired of My mercy, and they will have a painful punishment.
Surah: Al-‘Ankabūt - Verse: 23  - Juz: 20 - Page: 398
(16) But as for those who disbelieved and denied Our verses and the meeting of the Hereafter, those will be brought into the punishment [to remain].
Surah: Ar-Rūm - Verse: 16  - Juz: 21 - Page: 406
(32) And when waves come over them like canopies, they supplicate Allah, sincere to Him in religion. But when He delivers them to the land, there are [some] of them who are moderate [in faith]. And none rejects Our signs except everyone treacherous and ungrateful.
Surah: Luqmān - Verse: 32  - Juz: 21 - Page: 414
(10) And they say, "When we are lost within the earth, will we indeed be [recreated] in a new creation?" Rather, they are, in [the matter of] the meeting with their Lord, disbelievers.
(11) Say, "The angel of death will take you who has been entrusted with you. Then to your Lord you will be returned."
Surah: As-Sajdah - Verse: 10-11 - Juz: 21 - Page: 415
(3) But those who disbelieve say, "The Hour will not come to us." Say, "Yes, by my Lord, it will surely come to you. [Allah is] the Knower of the unseen." Not absent from Him is an atom's weight within the heavens or within the earth or [what is] smaller than that or greater, except that it is in a clear register -
Surah: Saba’ - Verse: 3  - Juz: 22 - Page: 428
(7) But those who disbelieve say, "Shall we direct you to a man who will inform you [that] when you have disintegrated in complete disintegration, you will [then] be [recreated] in a new creation?
(8) Has he invented about Allah a lie or is there in him madness?" Rather, they who do not believe in the Hereafter will be in the punishment and [are in] extreme error.
(9) Then, do they not look at what is before them and what is behind them of the heaven and earth? If We should will, We could cause the earth to swallow them or [could] let fall upon them fragments from the sky. Indeed in that is a sign for every servant turning back [to Allah].
Surah: Saba’ - Verse: 7-8-9 - Juz: 22 - Page: 428
(78) And he presents for Us an example and forgets his [own] creation. He says, "Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?"
Surah: Yā-Sīn - Verse: 78  - Juz: 23 - Page: 445
(15) And say, "This is not but obvious magic.
Surah: Aṣ-Ṣāffāt - Verse: 15  - Juz: 23 - Page: 446
(19) It will be only one shout, and at once they will be observing.
Surah: Aṣ-Ṣāffāt - Verse: 19  - Juz: 23 - Page: 446
(50) And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other.
Surah: Aṣ-Ṣāffāt - Verse: 50  - Juz: 23 - Page: 447
(58) Then, are we not to die
Surah: Aṣ-Ṣāffāt - Verse: 58  - Juz: 23 - Page: 448
(6) Say, O [Muhammad], "I am only a man like you to whom it has been revealed that your god is but one God; so take a straight course to Him and seek His forgiveness." And woe to those who associate others with Allah -
(7) Those who do not give zakah, and in the Hereafter they are disbelievers.
Surah: Fuṣṣilat - Verse: 6-7 - Juz: 24 - Page: 477
(54) Unquestionably, they are in doubt about the meeting with their Lord. Unquestionably He is, of all things, encompassing.
Surah: Fuṣṣilat - Verse: 54  - Juz: 25 - Page: 482
(34) Indeed, these [disbelievers] are saying,
(35) "There is not but our first death, and we will not be resurrected.
(36) Then bring [back] our forefathers, if you should be truthful."
(37) Are they better or the people of Tubba' and those before them? We destroyed them, [for] indeed, they were criminals.
Surah: Ad-Dukhān - Verse: 34-35-36-37 - Juz: 25 - Page: 497
(32) And when it was said, 'Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth and the Hour [is coming] - no doubt about it,' you said, 'We know not what is the Hour. We assume only assumption, and we are not convinced.' "
Surah: Al-Jāthiyah - Verse: 32  - Juz: 25 - Page: 501
(17) But one who says to his parents, "Uff to you; do you promise me that I will be brought forth [from the earth] when generations before me have already passed on [into oblivion]?" while they call to Allah for help [and to their son], "Woe to you! Believe! Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth." But he says, "This is not but legends of the former people" -
(18) Those are the ones upon whom the word has come into effect, [who will be] among nations which had passed on before them of jinn and men. Indeed, they [all] were losers.
Surah: Al-Aḥqāf - Verse: 17-18 - Juz: 26 - Page: 504
(3) When we have died and have become dust, [we will return to life]? That is a distant return."
Surah: Qāf - Verse: 3  - Juz: 26 - Page: 518
(11) As provision for the servants, and We have given life thereby to a dead land. Thus is the resurrection.
Surah: Qāf - Verse: 11  - Juz: 26 - Page: 518
(15) Did We fail in the first creation? But they are in confusion over a new creation.
Surah: Qāf - Verse: 15  - Juz: 26 - Page: 518
(8) Indeed, you are in differing speech.
Surah: Adh-Dhāriyāt - Verse: 8  - Juz: 26 - Page: 521
(47) And they used to say, "When we die and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected?
Surah: Al-Wāqi‘ah - Verse: 47  - Juz: 27 - Page: 535
(56) That is their accommodation on the Day of Recompense.
Surah: Al-Wāqi‘ah - Verse: 56  - Juz: 27 - Page: 536
(74) So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great.
Surah: Al-Wāqi‘ah - Verse: 74  - Juz: 27 - Page: 536
(7) Those who disbelieve have claimed that they will never be resurrected. Say, "Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did. And that, for Allah, is easy."
Surah: At-Taghābun - Verse: 7  - Juz: 28 - Page: 556
(7) And they had thought, as you thought, that Allah would never send anyone [as a messenger].
Surah: Al-Jinn - Verse: 7  - Juz: 29 - Page: 572
(46) And we used to deny the Day of Recompense
(47) Until there came to us the certainty."
Surah: Al-Muddaththir - Verse: 46-47 - Juz: 29 - Page: 576
(53) No! But they do not fear the Hereafter.
Surah: Al-Muddaththir - Verse: 53  - Juz: 29 - Page: 577
(3) Does man think that We will not assemble his bones?
Surah: Al-Qiyāmah - Verse: 3  - Juz: 29 - Page: 577
(13) Man will be informed that Day of what he sent ahead and kept back.
Surah: Al-Qiyāmah - Verse: 13  - Juz: 29 - Page: 577
(36) Does man think that he will be left neglected?
Surah: Al-Qiyāmah - Verse: 36  - Juz: 29 - Page: 578
(40) Is not that [Creator] Able to give life to the dead?
Surah: Al-Qiyāmah - Verse: 40  - Juz: 29 - Page: 578
(29) [They will be told], "Proceed to that which you used to deny.
Surah: Al-Mursalāt - Verse: 29  - Juz: 29 - Page: 581
(34) Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
Surah: Al-Mursalāt - Verse: 34  - Juz: 29 - Page: 581
(10) They are [presently] saying, "Will we indeed be returned to [our] former state [of life]?
(11) Even if we should be decayed bones?
(12) They say, "That, then, would be a losing return."
(13) Indeed, it will be but one shout,
(14) And suddenly they will be [alert] upon the earth's surface.
Surah: An-Nāzi‘āt - Verse: 10-11-12-13-14 - Juz: 30 - Page: 583
(9) No! But you deny the Recompense.
Surah: Al-Infiṭār - Verse: 9  - Juz: 30 - Page: 587
(10) Woe, that Day, to the deniers,
Surah: Al-Muṭaffifīn - Verse: 10  - Juz: 30 - Page: 588
(17) Then it will be said [to them], "This is what you used to deny."
Surah: Al-Muṭaffifīn - Verse: 17  - Juz: 30 - Page: 588
(14) Indeed, he had thought he would never return [to Allah].
(15) But yes! Indeed, his Lord was ever of him, Seeing.
Surah: Al-Inshiqāq - Verse: 14-15 - Juz: 30 - Page: 589
(7) So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense?
(8) Is not Allah the most just of judges?
Surah: At-Tīn - Verse: 7-8 - Juz: 30 - Page: 597
(1) Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense?
(2) For that is the one who drives away the orphan
(3) And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.
Surah: Al-Mā‘ūn - Verse: 1-2-3 - Juz: 30 - Page: 602
